Sports Injury

Sports injuries most of the time are acute, but at times can become chronic. Acute injuries are usually the result of a single traumatic event. These injuries include:

  • fractures

  • sprains

  • dislocations

  • muscle strains/pulls

Chronic injuries are usually injuries that happen over time due to improper repetitive motions caused by overuse.

Although both injuries can occur from stress, trauma, and/or overuse. TMA solves these types of injuries by restoring muscular function and addressing inflammation resulting in correcting movement patterns and reducing the risk of repeating the same injury.
